2026OAC Sprint Launch
An intimate press reception introducing the next generation of sprinters on the ground they're chasing.
In Los Angeles, On introduced the On Athletics Club (OAC) Sprint Team with a press reception inside the LA Memorial Coliseum, the venue that will host track and field at the 2028 Olympics, and the same ground where members of the new roster are aiming to compete. The night brought together media, industry, athletes, and cultural guests to meet the team and mark the start of a multi-year campaign building toward a home Olympics.
Across strategy, spatial design, creative direction, and cultural programming, the activation was built to introduce four young sprinters as the next generation of American athletes.

Built on the Coliseum floor, the environment used the architecture of the stadium itself as the backdrop. A custom dining setup, scenic lighting, and a screening surface on the venue's main displays turned a press dinner into something closer to a moment of staging — the team introduced on the same ground they'll one day race on.

Programming moved across three beats. A panel with the athletes and their coaching staff. A cocktail moment that gave the press and the cultural guests a chance to meet the team directly. And a premiere of the OAC Sprint launch campaign, played across the Coliseum's main screens above the assembled tables.

The OAC Sprint Team is the brand's first professional sprint program: Benjamin Azamati, Samirah Moody, Max Thomas, and Johnny Brackins, coached by John "JB" Bolton and Harrison Smith. Some of the most exciting young sprint talent in the world, employed directly by On and based in Los Angeles to train for 2028.
The launch was an introduction — to media, to the public, to the city that will host them in three years. The team has a long way to go between now and the start line at the Coliseum. The night marked the beginning of the walk.
